It is licensed by Insurance Regulatory Development Authority (IRDA), to act as a Direct Broker in Non-Life Insurance Sector vide License No. 601 and Broker Code IRDA/DB685/16.  It is a group company of Centillion Capital Private Limited (formerly Pelf Finstock Limited), a well-established Stock broking and Financial Services company, member of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Depository Participant (DP) of NSDL. The company has  a strong client base of over 16,000 retail & 150 corporate clients.
